this was our day of eating and biking. this pudding (above right) was super famous (kind of a baked rice pudding with a soy sauce topping) and has been made at the same place for almost 50 years.

uber famous pudding tofu ... mine was in lemon sauce and sam's was topped with green beans.

oh yea -- this was so tasty! bing (shave ice) topped with almond milk tofu, barley and a variety of beans. YUM!
